Community Spotlight – Idaho Falls

The first Alliance Title branch spotlight of 2024 focuses on the great people we have inside our Idaho Falls, ID branch. This experienced, friendly team takes pride in serving this bustling Snake River community known as a hub for agriculture, commerce, travel, health care, culture, outdoor activity and more.

In order to build camaraderie and set up local real estate professionals for success this year, the Idaho Falls branch recently hosted a “More in 2024” walk by inviting its customers and other community members to keep moving forward. “We were mindful about what things paralyzed us in 2023; we wrote down those burdens on a piece of paper and burned them. Then, we all took a walk around the Community Park loop in Idaho Falls. This was followed by writing down our intentions for 2024, and we rang the bell to welcome in the New Year,” says Cathie Pascavage, VP & General Manager. “This event was to remind everyone to focus on controlling what you can control – which is your actions, your attitude – and the importance of finding people who support you and celebrate your wins – and cry with you in your down moments. It was a great success and a fun way to start off the New Year.”

This special New Year’s event and other efforts by our Idaho Falls professionals have helped them build meaningful relationships with their customers. It’s all part of the mission to make sure this Alliance Title branch is a place where “everybody knows your name.”

“Our office aspires to have the same atmosphere you see on the classic TV show, ‘Cheers.’ When Norm walks into the bar, everyone yells, ‘Norm!’ Cathie said. “We strive to make each person who walks through our door feel like they are the very most important person to us in that moment and that nothing is as urgent or as important as the business they came in for.”

Outside of the office, the team gives back as a branch by volunteering at the Community Food Basket food bank and its local Habitat for Humanity chapter, which Cathie is on the board of. In addition, she and Bart Ellis, the team’s Business Development Representative, serve as ambassadors for the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce.

When it comes to hobbies, this team loves to be outdoors whether they are rock climbing, riding horses, kayaking, or camping. Other interests among this group include baking, motorcycles, scrapbooking, and renovating homes.

There are two Alliance Title associates, Melanie Morrison and Laurie Cromwell, who technically work for our ESP but are considered part of the Idaho Falls branch family by their colleagues and customers. Melanie and Laurie enjoy quilting, sewing, camping, kayaking, and 4-wheeling among the two of them. Their customers say, “Alliance Title is a great company with an even greater staff!” When you want a closing and escrow partner that works hard to show that it truly does matter where you close your next residential or commercial, connect with our Idaho Falls team members.
