Let’s give a round of applause for our newest employee spotlight, Tara Lehman!

Tara is an Escrow Assistant at Alliance Title’s Nampa, ID branch. Since joining Alliance in 2010, Tara enjoys “making dreams come true” with her job. Tara loves being able to help people and grow relationships, whether with clients or within the office.

Tara’s favorite Alliance Core Value is Accountability because it is a big part of the title and escrow business. She says, “My customers and teammates need to know I am here for them through every transaction, every day. They know when I make a commitment to them I will follow through.”

When asked who she admires most, Tara says her mom. She explains, “She is a strong, smart, independent women. She’s always been there for me and knows when I need a push.”

Outside of the office, Tara loves camping and fishing. Game nights with her family and watching football are two of her other favorite activities.

A favorite quote of Tara’s is, “If we are to guard against ignorance and remain free, it is the responsibility of every American to be informed,” by Thomas Jefferson. She says, “I feel that we should all take the time to do research on any subject before believing everything we see on social media.” Tara continues, “No matter the subject, no matter the opinion, education is always important.”
