We have a new employee spotlight – Becky Hughes!

Becky is our Escrow Officer for Alliance’s Mountain Home, Idaho branch. Becky processes and closes residential and commercial real estate transactions. She also develops and maintains good relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, borrowers, buyers, and sellers.

Having been with Alliance since 2010, Becky is the knowledgeable go-to escrow officer in Elmore County! Out of the Alliance Core Values, “Integrity” is Becky’s favorite. She explains, “Without integrity, there is no value in any words or actions.”

Outside of the office, Becky enjoys spending time with her husband, Terry, and their cats, Tequila and Kahlua. They spend their time watching movies and gardening.

When asked whom she admires, Becky thinks of her sister. She continues, “My sister, Laura, is the most caring person I know. She is a nurse and teaches other nurses how to care for people. Personally, she is always there for family, friends, and students. She is constantly cooking for, running errands, for, and lending a sympathetic ear to those who need it. And no matter how little she has of anything, she is always willing to share it. She is a true positive influence on the world, and I pray each day to be more like her.”

Her favorite quote, “Happiness is not by chance, but by choice,” comes from Jim Rohn. Becky continues, “I like this quote because it reminds me I am in control of how I feel regardless of any situation.”
