Alliance has a new employee spotlight – Jennifer Upton!

Jennifer is our Escrow Officer for Alliance’s Coeur d’Alene, Idaho office. Jennifer is responsible for compiling final numbers and details, and signing and coordinating for the final leg of a real estate transaction in a timely and professional manner.

Jennifer thoroughly enjoys helping sellers, buyers, and borrowers become happy and comfortable with their transaction. Jennifer explains, “There is nothing better than having customers remember you and seek you out to close for them again.”

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Teamwork” is Jennifer’s top pick. She continues, “I am so grateful to work with the amazing staff we have here in CDA. There is not one employee who would not jump in for another and help at a moment’s notice,” – and having been with Alliance for the past 15 years, our entire Alliance franchise is incredibly lucky to have her!

When asked whom she admires, Jennifer thinks of her husband. She explains that her husband’s perseverance, encouragement, and understanding-nature encourages her to strive to do her best each and every day.

Outside of the office, Jennifer loves to spend time with her family – whether that’s through throwing barbeques, camping, playing cards, or taking trips to visit family in Silverton or explore the Oregon coast.

Jennifer’s favorite quote, “The foundation stones for a balanced success are honest, character, integrity, faith, love, and loyalty,” is something she tries to keep at the top of her daily mantras.
